Yes, you have the flexibility you need. You can switch plans or cancel at any time.
Unused hours will rollover and remain available for up to 90 days from the end of the billing cycle in which they were earned, provided the client account remains active. Because rollover hours are tied to each individual billing cycle, they will expire on a rolling basis rather than all at once. Any rollover hours not used within their respective 90-day period will expire. There are no refunds for expired rollover hours.
