The More Than Giving Co. Nonprofit Assistance Service is not your typical virtual assistant program.

These NPVAs are not just scheduling appointments and making travel plans, they are making an impact on the growth and development of your nonprofit organization. They become part of the nonprofit’s team, in some cases providing guidance and direction on the development of programs and service, administrative and otherwise, that help these clients meet their missions.


Why do NPVAs choose to work the More Than Giving Co? 

Our NPVAs are not your typical Administrative Assistants. They are equipped to support their nonprofit clients through the completion of a specially designed certification program, created by experienced nonprofit professional consultants, to provide the nonprofit best practices to NPVAs. The “hands-on” training program allows them to put some of that knowledge into practice by shadowing seasoned nonprofit assistants. They are part of a team of NPVAs that learn from each other, troubleshoot problems and challenges with each other, and help one another to deliver the best service possible to nonprofits. Our NPVAs have access to an expansive resource library of nonprofit process documents, templates, and examples of materials intended to help them better serve their clients – without having to reinvent the wheel or spend hours researching something new.
